2. Services of the Platform

topinserate.ch is an online marketplace for private and commercial listings.

Publishing listings is currently free of charge. ZEONEQ LLC reserves the right to expand, restrict, or introduce paid features in the future.

3. Registration and User Account

• Registration is required for certain features.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Registered users may create listings and requests, upload up to 6 images, manage listings, contact advertisers, update account details, or delete their account.
• Multiple accounts, false information, or identity concealment are not permitted.

4. Listing Rules and Prohibited Content

Listings must be truthful, up to date, and compliant with applicable law.

Each listing may contain only one offer or request.

Services may only be published in the category “Companies & Services”.

The following content is prohibited in particular:

• Erotic or pornographic content
• Credit offers or requests
• Multi-level marketing
• Listings with premium-rate service numbers (e.g. 09xx)
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content
• Violations of copyright or trademark rights
• Spam, deception, or mass listings
• Discriminatory, glorifying violence, or offensive content

5. Paid Services (Future Option)

We may introduce paid additional services such as promotion features or subscriptions. Scope, prices, duration, and termination options will be displayed at the time of order. Refunds are excluded unless mandatory by law.

6. Rights to Content

Users guarantee that they hold all necessary rights to the content they publish.

By submitting a listing, users grant ZEONEQ LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited right in time to use the content for displaying, technically processing, and promoting listings on the platform and affiliated channels (e.g. social media, newsletters).

Copyright remains with the user.

7. Communication and Moderation

• Platform-internal communication may be filtered to prevent spam and abuse.
• Reported listings or messages may be reviewed and removed.
• There is no entitlement to publication or promotion.

8. Abuse and Sanctions

We are entitled to block or delete listings or user accounts without prior notice in case of violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent exclusion.

9. Availability

The platform is provided “as is”. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or disruptions may result in temporary limitations.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, any liability for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the platform is excluded.

Users are solely responsible for their content and indemnify us against any third-party claims.

11. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time.

We may terminate the contractual relationship at our discretion with immediate effect.

Fees for paid services (if used) will not be refunded.

12. Amendments

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall enter into force 30 days after publication on the website.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
